Get up early, you’ll thank yourself for it.
Best thing I did to start my week out right was to get out of bed early despite how bad my aching throat and lungs wanted me to continue sleeping. I am an advocate for taking care of yourself when you’re sick, but there’s too much I want to do this week to sleep an extra hour. Hear that? Too much I want to do, not just have to do. I want to put in the hours at both jobs, want to be absorbing the material for each class, and want to be getting through my readings to maximize that absorption. I will be giving myself a break on the exercising front until my energy’s back up. But hey, maybe standing for 4 hours counts as exercise?
